The Siyana is designed and developed to help you organize and manage your building Maintenance Request and contracts. This app will allow you to conduct quick inspections and collect required maintenance request/issues in minutes from the tenant. Siyana evaluate conditions of functional areas and create building service orders with your smartphone or tablet. Siyana allows a property manager/supervisor to provide timely customer service by resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants. Special features enable the tenant to include photos, voice recording, messaging and comments. Siyana is great for small, medium, and large properties maintenance management.
Siyana has 2 mobile app actors: 1) A tenant who report maintenance issue and 2) A building supervisor who receive and solve reported maintenance issues. Siyana also has an admin panel for landlord to see an overview of all requests and their current status.
